All grade nine will be participating in a track and field meet held at the University of Manitoba - Outdoor Track (West side of Investors Group Stadium). This meet is for St. Paul’s students only. Grade 12 students who had their grad photos taken in April should have received all their instructions with their proofs via email and mail. Once they receive their portrait code, they can go to Edge's website and search for their photos using the portrait code. This will link them to their profile with all their photos.

Our Grad Photo Retake day is Wednesday, 8 May.  Students can now go online and book their times using the link below. Anyone who hasn't had their photo will be charged the regular sitting fee and anyone doing retakes won’t be charged. Our school code is: PUZ. If booking retakes, remember to wear your tie!

Upcoming Oral French Language Exams for Grade 9–11 Students

We would like to inform you about an essential upcoming event for your sons enrolled in both Basic and Advanced French courses grades 9 to 11.

From May 23rd to June 7th, our school will be conducting intensive preparation sessions and oral exams for French language proficiency. It is crucial that your sons attend school regularly during this period to adequately prepare for and present their oral exams.

These oral exams not only contribute significantly to their overall French language proficiency assessment but also offer invaluable opportunities for practical language application and skill development.

Your support in ensuring your sons' attendance and readiness for these exams is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter.

Thank you for your cooperation and continued support of your sons' education.

Regards,

St. Paul’s French Department
