Spring Break

T​here are no classes during Spring Break. School offices will be closed Monday, 30 March through Monday, 6 April.

Tuesday, 7 April: Classes Resume

Schedule I, Day C.

Wednesday, 9 April: Easter Liturgy

Schedule V is in effect.  Students will wear a tie on this day.

Grad Photos

Grade 12 students should have all booked a slot to have their grad photos taken during the week of April 7-10.

Thursday, 9 April - Progres Reports and Comments will be available in PowerSchool. 

Parent-Teacher Conferences

Parent-teacher conferences will occur on:

  • Thursday, 23 April, 3:30–7:30 pm
  • Friday, 24 April, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm

The online system for booking conferences will open on Monday, 13 April at 7:30 am and will close at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, 22 April. All conferences are booked through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

Parents will be emailed when progress marks/comments are available. In addition, instructions for scheduling parent-teacher conferences will be provided in the same email message. 

From Counselling

St. Paul’s Scholarship Applications: Due Tuesday, April 14th by noon

The Duncan Norrie Scholarship and the Acheson Cadieux Memorial Scholarship are awarded annually to a graduating St. Paul’s student.  The scholarships have been advertised to all graduating students and information can be found in their Teams accounts.

Application should be dropped off to Ms Brito in the President’s office.

From planning and organizing, to styling, staging, welcoming guests, coordinating students, managing logistics, and ensuring every detail ran smoothly, you were the heart of this show. Your teamwork and enthusiasm created an unforgettable experience for our families, students, and supporters.

Thank you for your spirit of service, your generosity, and your commitment to making this event shine. We are deeply grateful for everything you contributed!

Volunteers Needed:

Nearly New Sale – Thursday, April 23 

We are looking for one more parent volunteer to work the sale. This sale is the same evening as the Parent Teacher Conferences so if you are in the school to meet with teachers, please consider signing up for the posted opportunity. There is the 3:30-5:30 shift available (1 more volunteer needed). Please click HERE to sign up.

 

Parent Teacher Conferences Hospitality Tables – Thursday, April 23 

We are looking for two volunteers to help the event coordinator with set up and clean up of the hospitality tables during Parent Teacher Conferences. Again, this is a great chance for you to volunteer if you are at the school anyways meeting with teachers! There are two shifts posted: 3:30-4:30 (1 volunteer needed) and 7:00-8:00 (1 volunteer needed). If you would like to help out with the hospitality tables, please click HERE to sign up.

Parent Retreat

In anticipation of our centennial year, this year’s Parent Retreat theme will be “In the Footsteps of St. Paul”.  The retreat will be held in Alumni & Friends on Tuesday evening, April 28th.  A hot meal will be included.
