Reminder:  2026–2027 Registration

Families of students in grades 9–11 should have received an email with full details by March 13.  The registration process for the 2026–2027 school year must be completed by 9:00am on Friday, March 27.

This email will include:

  • Tuition information for 2026–2027
  • Instructions for completing the online registration form
  • A link to the required electronic payment form
  • Information on the bursary application process

To confirm your son’s place at St. Paul’s next year, both the Online Registration Form and Payment Form must be completed by the stated deadlines.

Meeting these deadlines is especially important, as we are also in the admissions process and have a high number of applicants for next year.

Wednesday, 25 March: All School Liturgy

Reconciliation Service.  Schedule V is in effect. 

Semester 2 Exams: 12–18 June, 2026

The detailed schedule for Semester 2 Exams will be available in the coming weeks. As a reminder, students are expected to write exams at the end of each semester as scheduled. Planned absences during exams should be avoided except in cases of emergencies. In such cases, students may be permitted to write exams on alternate dates with administrative approval. Writing exams prior to the first day of scheduled exams will not be accommodated. 

Exams Outside the Regular Schedule

The following exams take place before the standard exam period and are mandatory for students enrolled in the specified courses. Please plan accordingly to ensure availability on these dates.

  • Provincial Pre-Calculus Mathematics Assessment (Grade 12):

    • Required for Grade 12 students enrolled in Semester 2 Pre-Calculus Math.
    • Date: Tuesday, June 9, 2026
  • Provincial Applied Mathematics Assessment (Grade 12):

    • Required for Grade 12 students enrolled in Semester 2 Applied Math.
    • Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026
  • Grade 11 English and Canadian History Exams:

    • All Grade 11 students will write a Semester 2 exam in either English or Canadian History.
    • Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026

Online Summer School Registration

Online summer school registration for both repeater (student failed the course) and non-repeater (student is taking course for the first time) opens on May 4th.  https://www.informnet.mb.ca/

It sells out quickly, so students should mark their calendars if interested.

Big Thanks! 

Thank you to the parents who spent part of their evening helping with the Angus Reid Debate Tournament. We appreciate you serving our students and the other competitors that came to our school. And thank you to all the families who sent in baking to make this event a success! 

Volunteers Needed:

Grade 9 Bake Sale – Thursday, April 16 

One volunteer is still needed to help with the upcoming Grade 9 Bake Sale. It will be held on Thursday, April 16. The volunteer shift is from 11:00-1:30. You would be helping prepare for the sale, selling the treats to the students, and cleaning up afterwards. If you are willing to help out at the Grade 9 Bake Sale, please click HERE to sign up.

 

Nearly New Sale – Thursday, April 23 

We are looking for a few more parent volunteers to work the sale and then clean up afterwards. This sale is the same evening as the Parent Teacher Conferences so if you are in the school to meet with teachers, please consider signing up for one of the posted opportunities. There are two shifts still available: 3:30-5:30 (2 more volunteers needed), 5:30-7:30 (1 more volunteer needed). Please click HERE to sign up.

 

Parent Teacher Conferences Hospitality Tables – Thursday, April 23 

We are looking for two volunteers to help the event coordinator with set up and clean up of the hospitality tables during Parent Teacher Conferences. Again, this is a great chance for you to volunteer if you are at the school anyways meeting with teachers! There are two shifts posted: 3:30-4:30 (1 volunteer needed) and 7:00-8:00 (1 volunteer needed).). If you would like to help out with the hospitality tables, please click HERE to sign up.

Fashion Show News

St. Paul's High School is proud to launch the Sweet Soirée Silent Auction in support of the Magis Fund. The money raised from this auction will provide financial assistance to students who require support to fully participate in school life. A big thank you to all our prize donors!!

Bidding closes on Monday, March 23 at 8:30 p.m. If you are in attendance at the Sweet Soirée Fashion Show you can pick up your prize that night; however, you do not need to attend the Fashion Show to bid on these prizes - anyone can bid! If you are the successful bidder we will contact you on Tuesday, March 24 to coordinate your prize pick up.
