Parent Drivers Urgently Needed for The Freshmen Retreat - December 12 evening

The Freshmen Retreat is fast approaching and we are still critically short on parent drivers who would be willing to pick up Grade 9 students and their Grade 12 leaders from the residence where they will be having dinner and drive them back to St. Paul’s for the evening portion of the retreat. Pick up from the various dinner addresses would happen at 6:45 pm on Friday, December 12. If you can drive a group of students please fill out the form found at the following link: TFR - Friday (Dec 12th) Driver Volunteer Sign Up  – Fill out form Once we match you to a dinner address you will receive an email with pick-up details. We would be greatly  appreciative of any help that you can provide!

Please feel free to contact Cindy Kochanski (ckochanski@stpauls.mb.ca) if you have any questions. Thank you!

From the Counselling Department

A final reminder that the deadline for early application to local universities is this Monday, Dec. 1st.

All grade twelve and grade nine students have met with their counsellor for a one-on-one session.  We will now move on to individual meetings with our grade ten and eleven students.  As always, students in any grade are welcome to request a meeting with their counsellor by messaging on Teams.

Parking and Drop Off reminders

As a reminder, there are two student drop off zones at our school.  Those locations are at the student parking lot off Bower Boulevard and the Multiplex parking lot.  There are signs indicating where stopping or parking are not permitted.  Please respect these zones since it may create traffic congestion and safety concerns if they are not observed.  Additionally, the lane behind Murray Hall is not to be used for traffic apart from faculty accessing their parking spots and service vehicles.

Since parking lot traffic in the morning tends to be at its highest between 8:15am-8:25am, considering arriving between 8:00am and 8:15am may reduce some of the congestion.  Thank you for your cooperation.
