Congratulations to the St. Paul's Dramatic Society!

Congratulations to all members of the St. Paul's Dramatic Society for a terrific Fall production. The Outsiders, was directed by Ms. Jennifer Walker, and produced by Mr. Kevin Sterner and Mr. Oliver Ridley. In addition, many thanks to several members of faculty and staff for designing costumes, doing makeup, coordinating ticket sales, music, and serving as ushers. The play involved  more than 30 actors, another 25 students who worked on the Stage Crew, and a handful of students who served as ushers for the play. The actors were superb and the sets and costumes were fantastic. Please click HERE to see the Showbill for a full list of credits.

St. Paul's Crusader Shoppe Online Christmas Orders

If you placed an online Christmas Order earlier in November, the orders have unfortunately been delayed due to the Canada Post Strike as the other carriers are now backlogged.

Carberry has assured me that orders will still arrive before Christmas, but it will likely be the very last day of school. We will send out an email as soon as orders arrive in the Shoppe so that pick up arrangements can be made.

Thank you so much for your cooperation and we am very sorry for this inconvenience. Please contact Kim Mathew at kmathew@stpauls.mb.ca if you have an questions.

Safety Reminder: Be Cautious of Icy Conditions

With the recent fluctuations in weather, freeze-thaw cycles are creating potentially slippery conditions in our parking lots, entryways, and inside the school. Please be extra cautious and watch your footing in these areas, especially where melting snow may create wet patches indoors.

Remind your sons to be careful as well, particularly if they are running late or in a rush. A moment of caution can help prevent slips and falls.

Our Maintenance team is actively clearing snow and applying salt and grit to maintain safe conditions.

Tuesday, 17 December: Ugly Christmas Sweater Day

The Human Rights Initiative is hosting Ugly Sweater Day on Tuesday, December 17th. You can wear an “ugly” sweater and donate $1 or wear a regular relaxed dress code for $2. If students choose to donate $3 or more, they will get a donut!

All proceeds go to the Street Feet program and the Holiday Party at Sunshine House, which is a local walk-in centre that helps those struggling with homelessness and addiction.
